One of the excellent choices for compression ignition engines is emulsions. The current experimental analysis deals with transesterified Pongamia biodiesel. This work gives a substantial track to synthesize and enhance fuel by including aluminium oxide nanoparticles. Emulsification used prepare consisting 88% biodiesel, 10% water, 2% surfactants series chemical emulsification techniques. then mixed ratio 50 ppm 100 mass nanoparticles employing ultrasonication carried out on in different phases using nanoparticles, surfactants, water. It was inferred from results that there considerable enhancement performance decrease emission when compared diesel. found system exhibited 15% improvement brake thermal efficiency 45% reduction oxides nitrogen. emission.
